The first line contains three pieces of information in the following order.
(1) Village Name
(2) The number of bedrooms in the apartment.
(3) The monthly rental rate.
(1) There are five residence villages ... Corry, Diamond, Tanglewood, Maguire, and UVS. More information about each of these villages along with basic information about each village can be found HERE.
(2) Most apartments are one or two-bedroom apartments. There are very small number of studio apartments and TownHouse apartments in Tanglewood Village. There are also a small number of three-bedroom apartments in Corry. Anyone can rent a two-bedroom apartment or TownHouse. However, we will not rent one-bedroom apartments (or Tanglewood efficiencies) to people who plan to have children living with them. This is rule is in place to assist us with handling noise concerns. The rule does not exist for any other reason.
(3) The monthly rental rate is based on a full-month's rent. More information about what is included in the rent can be found at the link in explanation (1).
