First Bill Information

Your first rent payment is dependent upon the day of the month you move in. If you move in on the first five days of the month, your first bill is calculated differently than if you moved later in the month.
  • If you move in on the first five days of the month, you will pay a pro-rated amount based on a 30 day month.
  • If you move in on the sixth day of the month or later, you will pay a pro-rated amount for the first month, plus the entire second month's rent.
For Example:

Scenario One: Your move in date is September 4th and your monthly rent is $600/month. When you pick up your keys, you will pay a pro-rated amount of $540 for the month of September and you will be billed October's rent through the automatic billing system which will be due on October 1st.

Scenario Two: Your move in date is September 7th and your monthly rent is $600/month. When you pick up your keys, you will pay a pro-rated amount of $480 for September and $600 for the month of October for a total of $1,080. The next payment you will be required to make will be rent for the month of November.

Moving In Late
You may move in after your scheduled move-in date if you choose. However, it must be a day when our office is open. This will not change your first bill. You must pay from the first date listed in your offer letter and on your contract.
